The Rolex Milgauss reference 116400GV, popularly known as the “Z-Blue,” combines an electric-blue sunburst dial with Rolex’s distinctive green-tinted sapphire crystal. Orange accents and the signature lightning-bolt seconds hand give this scientific tool watch one of the most colorful designs in the modern Rolex catalog.

Developed to resist magnetic fields of up to 1,000 gauss, the watch protects its automatic calibre 3131 within a ferromagnetic inner shield. This 2022 example belongs to the final production period before Rolex discontinued the Milgauss collection in 2023.
