We will ship within the EU and North America depending on the watch location.
After cleared payment, fully insured, signature required:
Denmark: 1-2 business days.
Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days.
North America: 1-2 business days
Yes, all of our packages are insured by Investment Watches. In some cases we might ask for additional documentation. For high value items additional measures can be taken. In most cases signature is required at the time of delivery. If the timepiece is purchased with a debit or credit card we can only deliver to the billing address.
Timepieces bought on our website come with a 14-days return policy. If you want to return an item to us, please contact us and we will provide a shipping label. The watch needs to be returned in the same condition and with everything it was sold with. If you want to return the watch you cannot wear the watch, size the bracelet or in any other way use the timepiece. The only fees you will be responsible for are return shipping costs, and for international customers, any duties or value-added taxes.
Yes, we also offer personal delivery. Personal delivery services come at an additional cost and can in some cases be included in the price with prior confirmation from Investment Watches. Contact us for more information.
