Investment Watches is seeking an experienced Wholesale Manager to join our growing team in Austin.
The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with watch dealers, suppliers, and other industry partners across the United States and internationally. This role requires someone already established in the luxury-watch industry who understands wholesale pricing, dealer relationships, inventory turnover, market liquidity, and how to buy and sell watches profitably.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with watch dealers, suppliers, and wholesale clients
- Purchase and sell watches through the national and international dealer network
- Identify profitable wholesale opportunities based on pricing, demand, and market liquidity
- Evaluate incoming inventory and determine appropriate purchase and wholesale values
- Negotiate pricing and transaction terms while protecting company margins
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of watches available for acquisition
- Actively offer inventory to qualified dealers and wholesale partners
- Monitor market pricing, inventory levels, dealer demand, and emerging trends
- Help determine which watches should be retailed, wholesaled, or held in inventory
- Maintain accurate records of offers, purchases, sales, and dealer communications
- Coordinate closely with our sales, inventory, logistics, authentication, and accounting teams
- Represent Investment Watches professionally at trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

This role will be responsible for coordinating the intake and outtake of luxury watches and other high-value products, ensuring that every item is properly received, documented, tracked, and delivered. The ideal candidate is extremely structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily intake and outtake of watches and other high-value products
- Inspect incoming packages and ensure each item is properly received, documented, photographed, and entered into our system
- Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups with clients, dealers, and business partners
- Maintain accurate tracking information and provide timely shipping updates
- Confirm that all required documentation, accessories, and certificates are included with each shipment
- Coordinate internally with our sales, inventory, authentication, and service teams
- Monitor shipments through delivery and quickly address delays or other issues
- Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and packaging areas

- Inspect and authenticate luxury watches, movements, dials, cases, bracelets, clasps, and components
- Determine whether watches are original, period-correct, modified, refinished, or fitted with replacement or aftermarket parts

- Evaluate movement condition, functionality, accuracy, and signs of previous intervention
- Assess case condition, polishing, refinishing, corrosion, damage, and overall structural integrity

- Research rare, vintage, and unfamiliar references using trusted technical resources and industry contacts

- Formal watchmaking education, a completed apprenticeship, or hands-on watchmaking experience is a strong advantage, but not required
- Experience safely opening and inspecting watches and movements is a plus
- Experience authenticating vintage watches, particularly vintage Rolex, is a strong advantage
