What Youβll Do
Authenticate luxury handbags and accessories in line with brand-specific standards
Inspect materials, stitching, hardware, construction, serial numbers, date codes, packaging, and other authentication details
Identify counterfeit, altered, repaired, or incorrectly represented items
Evaluate condition, craftsmanship, and overall quality
Document authentication findings clearly and consistently
Research market values and support pricing, purchasing, and consignment decisions
Help develop authentication procedures, internal reference materials, and quality-control standards
Support the development of authentication certificates and client-facing reports
Contribute to building a scalable, high-quality luxury handbag authentication operation
Occasionally participate in content creation, including showcasing authentication expertise and craftsmanship
What Weβre Looking For
Strong expertise across luxury handbag authentication, condition evaluation, and market pricing
Detailed knowledge of luxury materials, construction methods, hardware, serial systems, date codes, and brand-specific characteristics
Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and consistency
Able to manage workflow independently in a fast-paced environment
Confident making clear and defensible authentication decisions

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with luxury handbags through an authentication company, resale platform, auction house, luxury retailer, repair center, or established dealer
Proven experience distinguishing authentic handbags from high-quality counterfeits
Strong knowledge of leading luxury brands, including Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Goyard
Deep expertise in Hermès and Chanel is a strong advantage
Experience with condition grading, valuation, buying, or consignment is a strong advantage
Formal authentication training or relevant certifications are preferred but not required

What You'll Do
Help create and manage paid social content across Instagram and TikTok, assist in ideating and producing short-form video content for Reels and TikTok, support campaign performance tracking and basic paid ad optimization, bring creative concepts to life in front of the camera or behind it, research trends in luxury content and help translate them for our audience, and collaborate directly with leadership on brand strategy and creative direction.
What We're Looking For
Students studying marketing, communications, film, acting, or a related field. A genuine interest in luxury brands, fashion, or high-end watches is a strong plus. A sharp sense for what makes short-form content perform. Comfortable being on camera, behind it, or both. Creative, self-directed, and eager to take ownership. Based in Austin or able to work on-site at our showroom.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. Some hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, or video production preferred. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads is a bonus, but not required. Ability to commit to a regular schedule throughout the internship period.
