What You’ll Do
- Service luxury timepieces following brand-specific guidelines.
- Test watches for precision, performance, and quality.
- Authenticity authenticate and check all components for replacements or damage.
- Perform repairs and adjustments on timepieces and bracelets.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring everything is calibrated and accessible.
- Participate in videos on Social media, showcasing your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Skilled in repairing and refinishing cases and bracelets.
- Highly organized, able to manage your own workflow efficiently.
- Calm under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-accuracy work.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Watchmaker education required.
- 3+ years of experience working with high-end luxury timepieces required.

We specialize in sourcing and offering the most exclusive investment-grade timepieces from brands like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Vacheron Constantin. This is your chance to join a fast-growing company poised to disrupt and elevate the entire watch industry.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a white-glove experience to clients in our Austin showroom and online.
- Handle chats and direct messages across multiple platforms (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Guide clients through their journey with deep product knowledge—never pushy, always intentional.
- Manage end-to-end sales for smaller deals, typically up to $10,000 in value.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and professionalism.
- Support the broader sales team with CRM updates, client communications, and post-sale care.
- Consistently underpromise and overdeliver, ensuring client satisfaction exceeds expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Extraordinary ability to earn client trust through authentic and thoughtful engagement.
- A pleasant, warm communication style that puts clients at ease.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail sales.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and handling multichannel communications.
- Passion for watches, fine goods, or elevated service is a plus.
- Based in Austin, Texas.
