The Vacheron Constantin Overseas is the Maison's sports watch, born in 1996 and rooted in the travel spirit of the integrated-bracelet 222 from 1977. The third generation, introduced in 2016 with reference 4500V, refined the line with a 41mm stainless steel case, a six-sided bezel echoing the Maltese cross emblem, and the brand's quick-change system that lets the bracelet be swapped for a strap without tools. The blue dial has a translucent lacquered finish over a sunburst base, framed by a velvet-finish flange, with applied white gold hour markers and hands treated with luminescent material.

Inside is the Vacheron Constantin Calibre 5100, an in-house self-winding movement visible through a sapphire caseback that reveals a 22K gold rotor engraved with a compass rose. It provides approximately 60 hours of power reserve and drives hours, minutes, central seconds and date. A soft-iron inner case protects the movement from magnetic fields, and the screw-down crown secures water resistance to 150 metres.
