The Rolex Cellini Moonphase brings a celestial complication to Rolex's formal dress collection, first introduced in 2017 to mark the Cellini line's centenary-style tribute to classical watchmaking. The white dial is paired with a moonphase display at six o'clock, its aperture showing a rendering of the moon set against a starry sky, alongside a date indication that shares the same sub-dial. The 39mm case in 18ct white gold has a fluted white gold bezel and a domed, polished finish characteristic of the Cellini family, fitted to a black alligator leather strap.

Inside is the calibre 3195, a Rolex manufacture movement that is self-winding and built on the architecture of the calibre 3135 with an added moonphase module, delivering a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. The moonphase mechanism is engineered to require correction by only one day every 122 years, an unusually high degree of precision for the complication. The case is fitted with a sapphire crystal front and back, the latter allowing a view of the movement, and is water resistant to 50 metres, with the strap closing on an 18ct white gold buckle.
