The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Chronograph reference 5905R-001 combines a brown sunburst dial with a polished 18 ct rose-gold case. The dial darkens toward its perimeter and presents the day, date and month through three apertures, while a large counter at 6 o’clock displays elapsed minutes and the day/night indication.

Inside is the self-winding calibre CH 28-520 QA 24H, combining a flyback chronograph with Patek Philippe’s patented Annual Calendar. The calendar automatically accounts for months containing 30 or 31 days and requires only one manual correction each year, at the end of February.
