The Omega Speedmaster Calibre 321 reference 311.30.40.30.01.001 revives one of the most historically important configurations in the Speedmaster story. Produced in 2026, this model is inspired by the third-generation Speedmaster worn by astronaut Ed White during America’s first spacewalk in 1965. Its compact 39.7mm stainless steel case features straight lugs, a black step dial, an applied vintage-style Omega logo, and a black ceramic “Dot Over Ninety” tachymeter bezel.
At its heart is the legendary Omega Calibre 321, carefully reconstructed from the movement used in the original space-era Speedmasters. This manually wound movement features a column-wheel chronograph, horizontal clutch, and Sedna gold PVD-coated finishing visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback. Each Calibre 321 watch is assembled by a single watchmaker in Omega’s dedicated 321 workshop, giving this modern Speedmaster a level of craftsmanship and historical significance that sets it apart from the standard Moonwatch.
