All watches sold by Investment Watches are guaranteed 100% authentic. Each timepiece undergoes inspection and authentication by our experts prior to sale.

Any concerns regarding authenticity must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Section 6 – Returns & Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Watches must be returned in the exact same condition as sold, including all accessories, box, papers, protective stickers, links, tags, and any other included items.

Any signs of wear, damage, tampering, alteration, missing accessories, or removed protective materials may result in refusal of the return or deductions from the refund.

All returns are subject to inspection and authentication by Investment Watches prior to approval.

Custom orders, special orders, sourced watches, and pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping, insurance, payment processing, or related costs unless otherwise required by law.

Section 7 – Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, watches sold by Investment Watches include a 1-year mechanical warranty covering movement performance.

This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage
Misuse, abuse, or negligence
Water damage
Cosmetic wear, including scratches, dents, bracelet stretch, fading, or discoloration
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, polishing, refinishing, modifications, or opening of the watch
Straps, crystals, bezels, crowns, pushers, batteries, or other external components unless otherwise stated in writing

Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing. The watch must be inspected by our service team before warranty coverage is confirmed.

Section 8 – Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information. It is your responsibility to keep your information updated so transactions can be completed and communications can be delivered.

We may request additional verification, including identification, proof of address, payment verification, or other information, before completing certain transactions.

Section 9 – Pre-Orders, Custom Orders & Sourced Watches

Pre-orders, custom orders, and specially sourced watches are subject to supplier availability, market conditions, and timelines outside of our full control.

We do not guarantee immediate availability of pre-order, custom order, or specially sourced products.

Pre-orders, custom orders, and specially sourced watches are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
